The 2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Learning and Optimization (ICoAILO 2026) is the second edition of an international scientific conference dedicated to advancing research and innovation in artificial intelligence, learning systems, and optimization. The conference will be held as a hybrid event on 7–9 October 2026 in Jakarta, Indonesia. This conference is organized by the Center of Excellence (CoE) of Artificial Intelligence for Learning and Optimization (AILO), Telkom University and supported by Telkom University.
ICoAILO 2026 provides a focused forum for researchers, academicians, industry practitioners, and students to present state-of-the-art research and applied solutions across Machine Learning Systems, Optimization, Cyber Security, and AI Applications, with an emphasis on both theoretical advancement and real-world impact. The conference program includes technical paper sessions, keynote speeches, tutorials, panel discussions, and an Industry Idea and Technology Exhibition that invites industry partners to showcase AI-driven products, platforms, and innovations, fostering collaboration between research and practice. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE’s scope and quality requirements.
All paper submissions will be checked for originality. Due to IEEE policy, papers with high similarity score may not be accepted by the conference. All submitted papers are subjected to a peer review process by 2-3 reviewers. Decision of a paper acceptance is based on the average score and the comments given by the reviewers. The accepted papers must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Paper submission process will be managed by using EDAS:
IEEE No-Show Policy:
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. In order to be published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore, at least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference at the full rate and present the paper at the conference. If a paper is accepted but not presented at the conference, the paper will be considered a “no-show”. No-show papers will not be available on IEEE Xplore or other public access IEEE forums.
